SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class post for most items which will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. International orders, postage is dependent on weight, and is posted using Royal Mail Standard service.

All packaging is plastic free and where possible for some items will try and reuse packaging also to do our bit to save the Planet!!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it. Ideally if item is in original packaging, that would be great!

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Sihpping costs are non-refundable.
